Crumbs is an app for Jira Cloud that enables users to centrally manage information about their customers. Our app stands out from the crowd by being simple, visually appealing, and easy-to-use.
To enable your users to link Jira issues to customers in Crumbs, please remember to configure your global and project permissions.
In company-managed projects, you must grant the 'Crumbs - View Glance' issue permission to appropriate users, groups, or roles. For team-managed projects, you must create a role with the permission and assign it to your users.
Each of your customers can be captured and managed in Crumbs. Instead of using an external tool to manage customer information, you can use Crumbs to do this directly within Jira.
You can easily and quickly capture information about a customer by editing it in Crumbs. Because Crumbs runs directly in Jira, all of your data is stored within your existing Cloud site.
Linking Jira issues
With Crumbs, you can link a Jira issue to one or more customers. Once linked, the Jira issue shows customer information directly within the issue itself. You no longer have to leave Jira to search for this data.
If you have Jira Service Management installed, all of your organizations in Jira Service Management are automatically synchronized into Crumbs as customers so that you can manage them centrally. To add customer information, simply edit it in Crumbs!
To install Crumbs you must be a site administrator.
- select the Apps menu and choose 'Find new apps'
- search for Crumbs
- click the 'Try it free' button
- click 'Start free trial'
It's that simple!
